Character Manager Guide
The Manager is the play-time tool: once a character is finalized, this is where they live between and during sessions. Open xirv.net/manage, sign in, and pick your character — it lands straight on the live sheet. Switch tools any time with the ◈ ▤ ⬢ strip in the top bar.
The live sheet
Everything on the printed sheet, but alive: wounds, strain, and stimpack use tick up and down with steppers and sync to your GM's party dashboard. Try the idea:
In the real sheet the thresholds come from your build — Morality, cybernetics, and talents included.
What players can do without the GM
- Loot & credits: record credits earned and items found during play — no cost, no GM approval needed. Everything logs to a session log the whole table can see, so honesty is built in.
- Carry / stow: leave the missile tube on the ship (it shows in the ship's hold) and keep your encumbrance honest.
- Critical injuries & notes: record crits as the GM rolls them, keep play notes, and mark them healed later.
- Situational talents: flip toggles like Point Blank when they apply — your dice pools update live, and the printed sheet carries a reminder box so paper players don't forget.
Advancement
XP your GM awards lands automatically the next time you open the character. Spend it under advancement rules: skills to rank 5, new talents and specializations, Force powers — but no refunds, and characteristics only rise through Dedication. Gear stays fully manageable: buy, sell (at your campaign's sell-back rate), install attachments and cybernetics.
